When letters ship
Orders enter our production queue immediately after payment. They are printed, sorted, and packaged in preparation for the December mailing.
Letters start shipping the first week of December and are mailed in the order orders are received. Ordering today does not mean your letter ships immediately.
North Pole postmark deadline
Order before December 1 to ensure the North Pole postmark. This is the postmark ordering deadline, not a promise of delivery on a particular date.
Delivery times
Transit time depends on the postal service. We cannot guarantee a particular arrival date or delivery by Christmas. Please allow for holiday postal delays.
Addressed to your child
Use the child's name and the address where the letter should be delivered. Parent or purchaser details are used for order contact, not as the name on the child's envelope.
Please carefully review the full mailing address before payment. Because orders enter production immediately, we cannot promise address changes after an order is placed.
